  • 1 cup Plain yogurt
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp chipotle powder
  • 2 tbps pickled jalepeno brine
  • 8 slices pickled jalepenos finely diced
  • Can add citric acid or lime juice for more zip

Blend ingredients and add to sauce bottle.

Fettuccine

Seitan

2C vital wheat Gluten 1/2C Nooch 2C Water 2T Mustard 2t onion powder 2t garlic powder 2t chilli powder

try 10-25% nooch

Mix ingredients until dough poor hot water in dish, enough to cover bottom half of the seitan make seitan into whatever form factor you want

place in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes. Flip half way through if you can

Super firm tofu

Rough chop tofu

Marinade:

  • 2 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp Nooch
  • 1 tsp chilli powder

  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika or chipotle powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • 1/4 tsp ground coriander
  • 1 tbsp taco bell hot sauce
  • 2 tbsp vegan mayo
  • 1 tbsp water

Mix and blend marinade ingredients Add in chopped tofu and mix let it sit for 30 minutes

Cook tofu

  • add some oil and cook on griddle

Creamy Jalepeno Sauce

Cook:

Oil pan and heat > coat the tortilla in it by smearing it around add vegan moz and cheddar shreds and the tofu and some creamy jalepeno sauce
